The Community Plan is a commercial group project by LJ designs, renovating and creating 2 residence halls and 1 dining hall on The campus of Stephen F. Austin State University. The main objective was to create multiple building designs that focus on a Global Community and bring the people of Nacogdoches, and the surrounding cities together.
The Garden Inn is a hospitality project that encompassed designing a 3 story boutique hotel. Given the original floorplan, the objective was to design both the interior and exterior to fit our chosen aesthetic. With simple furniture, glass features, natural colors and unique ceiling finishes, a comfortable and relaxing aesthetic was obtained to compliment the exterior shell and the functions of all spaces within.

The Payne Residence is a 2600 sq.ft. new construction residential project for a couple that is aging in place. With many different nature attributes and universal considerations, this home connects the couple to their inner peace and allows them to feel comfortable and relaxed no matter what room they enter.
